Scope
A self-sustained temporary kitchen was built outside the hospital in order to complete renovations while keeping dietary services open and operational 24/7 throughout construction, serving on average 2,400 meals per day
Highlights
Construction touched every floor of the 13-story hospital, including the roof, and stretched from one side of the campus to the other to tie-in to various utilities
