Scope
After Rodgers completed construction of the adjacent Women’s and Children’s Hospital and Surgery Pavilion in 2008, NHRMC reorganized so Rodgers could convert the entire nine-story into a patient tower with single-occupancy patient rooms, one floor at a time. The renovated tower now houses 384 patient beds, 10 dialysis beds, and 54 nurses stations
Highlights
Each room has new furniture, cabinets, flooring, and bathroom fixtures. New plumbing was installed and the majority of the HVAC system was replaced
Exterior work included replacing 405 windows with new, energy-efficient windows that provide better ventilation
