  • Construction management of a two-story Culinary Arts Center built parallel to the John Belk Plaza portion of the Little Sugar Creek Greenway

  • Exterior includes retaining walls, landscape and hardscape areas, an extensive herb garden, rain garden (bio-retention area), plus a 30,000-gallon rainwater underground cistern for irrigation

Highlights

  • Curriculum-focused classrooms, four full-size commercial kitchens, an auditorium classroom with cooking station, plus executive and main dining rooms with views of Uptown Charlotte

  • A fountain dedicated to B. D. Rodgers, chairman and founder of Rodgers Builders Inc., stands at the entrance to the Center
