Meet Our Interns: Summer 2019

05/24/2019

Each summer, Rodgers welcomes a new cohort of ambitious students to join our team for a 11-week immersive internship program. From community building to integrating on real project teams, this intensive program gives 18 students a chance to be part of a real operations team in the field or in a supporting department.

Along with the day-to-day work experience, Rodgers’ interns participate in a community service activity, tour active construction project sites, attend team-building events, and conclude their intern experience with a presentation that lets each intern share what they’ve learned.
