Scope
Construction of a campus expansion with three new buildings that included separate additions, connectors, tie-ins, and renovations on 125 acres of land
Highlights
New six-story Independent Living Building (Tuton Hall) with 83, one-to-two bedroom apartments plus an underground parking garage
New six-story Assisted Living Building (Haden Hall) defined by an octagon-shaped tower. Includes 20 units along with nautilus/aerobics rooms, ceramics and arts studios, a lounge, a deli, dining rooms, and two large activity rooms that have full-size kitchens
Renovations to the existing Assisted Living Building
New two-story Skilled Nursing Building with 14 rooms for residents, plus renovations to the old building, plus a new Health Care Chapel
Rodgers completed all three buildings on schedule and was asked to stay and renovate Deerfield’s two-story, Community Center
