Scope

  • Expansion project combining new construction and renovations to support CPCC’s trades program

Highlights

  • Includes 12 new general education classrooms; carpentry, masonry and blueprint reading classroom; welding, electrical technology, and air conditioning, heating and refrigeration teaching labs

  • Adds a second floor to the existing graphic arts and flexography area

  • Unique consolidation of CPCC’s non-destructive examination technology to provide three dedicated classrooms, one larger, general-purpose lab that includes a darkroom, 22” thick cast-in-place concrete x-ray vault, and a six-ton gantry crane
