Senior Project Manager – Wilmington, NC

Rodgers has an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager in Wilmington, NC.

Requirements / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field, or related construction experience
• 5-10 years of project management experience
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities / Essential Functions

• Responsible for taking lead efforts with Owner and Architect with negotiations, conflict resolution and business development
• Responsible for managing large complex projects and/or several smaller projects with limited oversight from upper management
• Responsible for managing a project tin the Preconstruction Phase as primary project is occur-ring/concurrently
• General oversight of Document Control and Management Processes
• Supervise team of OE/PE/APM in review/logging of RFIs/Submittals
• Responsible for managing, and training of PM’s
• Write and finalize trade specific contract scope/Bid Package Manual Specific Scopes of work
• Facilitate meetings with Owner to review Change Management process
• Perform Project Budget Revisions
• Review and approve subcontractor monthly pay applications
• Generate Owner pay applications and facilitate approval with Owner/Architect
• Oversee coordination process of VDC
• Ability to create and update Microsoft Project schedules
• Computer skills – Microsoft Office Tools, BIM 360, OneNote, CMIC
