Rodgers has an opportunity for an Office Engineer in Charlotte, NC.
Requirements / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering or related field, or related construction experience
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Maintain and review submittals through logging and tracking
- Process RFIs, including submitting, distributing, and posting request
- Assist with field quality control
- Maintain organized and detailed project records
- Assist in preparing change orders
- Maintain as-built schedule
- Coordinate long lead material deliveries
- Maintain and prepare subcontractor meeting minutes
