Rodgers has an opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager in Charlotte, NC.
Requirements / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field, or equivalent construction experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Responsible for preparing Owner Change Orders
- Prepare and present four (4) week look ahead schedule
- Participate in building of the budget
- Draft subcontracts and purchase orders
- Oversee coordination drawing process
- Participate in subcontractor progress meetings
- General oversight of document control and management processes
- Understanding Owner Contract language
- Have a basic understanding of Building Code and DHSR for NC and DHEC for SC requirements
- Responsible for preparing pay Applications
- Responsible for budget revisions
- Computer Skills
- Microsoft Office Tools
- Project Analysis (Financial) Platform
- BIM 360 and Understanding of VDC Software (Glue, Revit, etc.)
