Bio

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology, Will has dedicated nearly three decades to Rodgers, joining the company in 1997 and helping lead some of the region’s most transformative projects. As Executive Vice President, Will provides strategic leadership for construction operations, guiding teams through the successful delivery of complex projects while fostering collaboration, accountability, and long-term client relationships.

Throughout his career, Will has overseen a diverse portfolio of educational, cultural, commercial, and community-focused projects. Notable work includes Spectrum Properties’ Vantage South End, Charlotte Ballet Headquarters and Studios, Davidson College’s E. Craig Wall Jr. Academic Center, The Levine Center for the Arts, major corporate office expansions in Ballantyne Corporate Park for Northwood Development, and multiple campus expansions for Charlotte Christian School.

A passionate advocate for the Charlotte community, Will has devoted nearly three decades to civic and nonprofit leadership. He currently serves on the Sullenberger Aviation Museum Board of Directors, Charlotte Executive Leadership Council’s Healthy Communities Working Team and has previously held leadership and board positions with SafeAlliance, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Housing Partnership, the UNC Charlotte Alumni Association, the Mecklenburg County Building Development Commission, The First Tee of Greater Charlotte, and the First Presbyterian Church of Charlotte’s Weekday School. He has supported numerous community initiatives through leadership roles with the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, American Cancer Society, Mecklenburg County Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Blumenthal Performing Arts, and other organizations dedicated to advancing education, health, youth development, arts and culture, and economic opportunity.
