Bio
Eric Reichard serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Rodgers Builders, Inc., bringing over 33 years of experience with the company. A licensed professional engineer, Eric earned his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and teaches construction management courses there to mentor the next generation of builders.
He is involved with several community boards, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Central Carolinas, Crittenton of North Carolina, UNC Charlotte William States Lee College of Engineering, and the Charlotte 49ers Athletic Foundation, and National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA).
With a focus on empowering teams and fostering strong relationships, Eric leads Rodgers in its mission to build communities with care, delivering excellence to clients and making a lasting impact in the industry.
