Wake Tech Opens Doors of New Lilly Science and Technology Center

The Wake Technical Community College Lilly Science and Technology Center opened on March 17th in Morrisville, North Carolina. Rodgers Builders constructed the new, three-story building on the Research Triangle Park campus, houses general classrooms, bio-science classrooms including an instructional clean room, and classrooms designated to the Wake County Public School System for pre-college instruction.

Extensive site work included a retention pond, parking lots constructed for future campus growth and common green space to tie in a central campus.

The building was awarded two Green Globes certifications from Green Building Initiative.
