Welcoming Our Summer 2025 Interns

05/28/2025

On May 19, Rodgers welcomed 14 skilled interns representing seven different colleges and universities. Throughout the summer, they’ll gain valuable hands-on experience at active project sites, take part in volunteer efforts, and join team-building activities—all culminating in a final presentation highlighting their accomplishments and development.

Rodgers launched its intern program in 2005, providing college students with opportunities to gain experience across departments such as IT, Marketing, Preconstruction, VDC, Field, and Office operations. Since then, the program has hosted more than 206 interns, with over 43 transitioning into full-time roles.
