Senior Housing News Architecture & Design Award Winner

The Southminster Retirement Community Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living Healthcare Center Addition project (completed in 2020) was recently awarded second place in the 2021 National Senior Housing News Architecture & Design Awards competition in the category of Renovation/Repositioning for the community’s Terraces 1 & 2, Terraces 3 & 4, and Embrace Health Care Center. This annual design competition recognizes cutting-edge design, excellence, and innovation in senior living.
