Roper St. Francis Healthcare Berkeley Hospital Expansion Grand Opening

We were proud to celebrate the grand opening of the Roper St. Francis Healthcare Berkeley Hospital Expansion project in Summerville, SC, marking the completion of a transformative project that will expand access to high-quality healthcare for the growing Lowcountry community. 

This expansion adds over 300,000 square feet of new and renovated space to the existing campus, including a new bed tower that doubles inpatient capacity to 100 beds, an expanded Emergency Department, a new Heart & Vascular Center, enhanced women’s and children’s services, and expanded imaging, surgical, laboratory, and pharmacy capabilities to support the region’s growing healthcare needs.
