RodgersONE

Each year, new team members are invited to RodgersONE, where they are encouraged to share their thoughts and feedback about the orientation process, technology at Rodgers, ways for the company to improve, and much more. On March 22, new Rodgers team members (hired within the past two years) gathered at TopGolf in Charlotte to provide valuable feedback and enjoy the activities.

Many great questions and conversations took place during the 3-hour session that will be instrumental in future orientations and changes throughout the company. Executive leadership team members also attended to share their stories and answer questions.
