🌟 Charlotte Rescue Mission – Beaty Center for Transformation
Winner: Top Civic or Nonprofit Development
A joint venture with R.J Leeper, this 73,221-square-foot, five-story facility supports residents in their recovery journey and includes housing, dining, classrooms, a chapel, and fitness areas. 

🌟 Davidson College Athletic Facilities
Finalist: Top Sports/Entertainment Development
From the new 5,000-seat stadium to the Game Changers Fieldhouse and upgraded Richardson Stadium, Davidson’s athletic facilities are a state-of-the-art space for training, competition, and events.
