Rodgers 2026 Annual Meeting at Camp North End

On March 12, more than 300 Rodgers team members gathered at The Revelry at Camp North End in Charlotte, NC for our 2026 Annual Meeting. With this year’s theme, Built on Opportunity, the afternoon was all about celebrating the people, projects, and partnerships that continue to shape Rodgers and the future we are building together.  

One of the highlights of the day was hearing from Rodgers President & CEO Eric Reichard and special guest Muggsy Bogues, former Charlotte Hornets point guard and fan-favorite All-Star. Muggsy shared stories from his journey to the NBA and the people and experiences that influenced his career along the way. His message about perseverance, believing in yourself, and making the most of every opportunity tied perfectly into this year’s theme. 

Just like Muggsy’s story, Rodgers has always been built by people who see opportunity and step forward to make something great happen. It was an incredible afternoon reconnecting with teammates, celebrating what we’ve accomplished together, and getting excited for everything in the year ahead!
