Fall 2024 Career Fairs

September and October were busy months for career fairs! Rodgers team members attended four over the last two months across the Carolinas.

Here’s where we went:

• September 11: NC A&T State University Fall Career Fair
• September 12: Clemson University Fall Career Fair
• September 25: East Carolina University Fall Science, Engineering, & Technology Career Fair
• October 22: The Citadel Civil/Construction Career Fair

The benefits of attending career fairs are powerful. Not only do they build brand awareness, but they provide great opportunities for networking and face-to-face interactions. They’re a more personable, informal way to discuss career opportunities and help educate students on the plentiful opportunities that the construction industry has to offer.
