Eric Reichard Leads Rodgers as President and CEO

As we welcome the new year, we’re thrilled to announce that Eric Reichard has officially transitioned into the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of Rodgers Builders, Inc., effective January 1, 2025. 

A graduate of UNC Charlotte, Eric began his career at Rodgers over three decades ago as an Assistant Superintendent and was named President in 2023. Beyond his role at Rodgers, Eric embodies our mission to Build Communities With Care in his personal life.  He is dedicated to shaping the next generation of builders and teaches a construction management course at UNC Charlotte, sharing his expertise and passion with future leaders of the industry. His commitment to giving back extends to serving on the boards for organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Central Carolinas, Crittenton of North Carolina, UNC Charlotte William States Lee College of Engineering, and the Charlotte 49ers Athletic Foundation, and National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA). 

Rodgers will continue to operate seamlessly in all the communities we serve.  Our commitment to our clients and partners remains deeply rooted in our mission statement – to build buildings with purpose, to build relationships with integrity, to build people who lead, and to build community with care.
