CaroMont Cancer Center Breaks Ground

On May 15, we celebrated a major milestone with the groundbreaking of the CaroMont Cancer Center in Gastonia.

CaroMont Health marked the start of construction with an event that featured the unveiling of a large-scale rendering of the facility, offering a powerful glimpse into the future of cancer care in our region.

The new 125,000-square-foot center will bring medical oncology, radiation therapy, imaging and diagnostics, physician practices, lab, pharmacy, and supportive care together in one purpose-built environment designed around the patient and family experience.
