Ballantyne Reimagined Wins 1st Place Eagle Award at ABC Carolinas EIC Awards

We’re thrilled to announce that Rodgers has earned the Eagle Award, best in its category, for Ballantyne Reimagined at the ABC Carolinas Chapter Excellence in Construction (EIC) Awards Gala in Charlotte, NC, on November 6! This prestigious event honors the nation’s top construction projects for their innovation, quality, safety, and commitment to diversity, inclusion, and merit-based principles. 

The Ballantyne Reimagined project reshaped a former corporate campus into a dynamic community hub. The Bowl retail district established a destination for dining and entertainment, while Stream Park provided nine acres of inviting outdoor space. The Amp, a new outdoor venue, now hosts concerts and cultural events throughout the year. Significant roadway and infrastructure improvements connected every part of the site. The finished development brings new life, activity, and connection to South Charlotte.
