Charlotte Water Breaks Ground to Construct New Zone 4 Building

Charlotte Water and Rodgers broke ground last on March 25th, 2022 at the Zone 4 project site. The Zone 4 building was originally built in 1972 as a temporary workspace, and now Rodgers will finally build a permanent, joint home for both Charlotte Water and Storm Water! Charlotte Water is the largest public water and wastewater utility in the Carolinas, serving more than a million customers in the City of Charlotte and greater Mecklenburg County.
