Happy Women In Construction Week!

Happy Women in Construction (WIC) Week! Started by the National Association of Women in Construction, WIC Week celebrates, educates, and promotes the role of women in the construction industry. The theme for this year’s WIC Week is “Many Paths, One Mission” which celebrates the different journeys women have taken toward the same goal: strengthening and amplifying the success of women in the construction industry.

Being woman-owned and having many inspirational women team members, Rodgers is committed to advancing and highlighting the important role of women in the construction industry. Currently, there are 46 women team members at Rodgers.
