The RodgersHardin alliance, formed in 1996 brings together the considerable strengths of two widely recognized companies. Rodgers Builders has a broad-based reputation for its work on college and university campuses, hospitals and other healthcare facilities, as well as mixed-use and commercial developments. Atlanta-based Hardin Construction Company was founded in 1946, and is focused on institutional, office and public assembly. Both Rodgers and Hardin are consistently ranked among the top 400 contractors in the United States by Engineering News-Record magazine.
On major projects such as the Gateway Village mixed-use development in Charlotte, and ImaginOn, the collaborative children's learning center, the RodgersHardin alliance provided extensive preconstruction services and led the successful construction efforts.

The RodgersDooley alliance pursues special construction projects in Charlotte and throughout the Carolinas' region that can benefit from the companies' unique combination of expertise and experience, such as the U.S. National Whitewater Center, and Johnson & Wales University.
Rodgers Builders and RT Dooley are two of North Carolina's largest privately-held general contractors. Formed in 2002, the RodgersDooley alliance offers experience with projects in various markets segments, including corporate office/headquarters, cultural/recreation, mixed-use, critical services, healthcare and educational.
