Three phases of construction including the addition of a grizzly bear exhibit, river otter exhibit, guest services building, gift shop, new main zoo entry plaza, a seal and sea lion exhibit, and a pedestrian bridge

The sea lion exhibit involves state-of-the-art filtration and disinfection systems, as well as artificial rockwork and life forms
Challenges
Rodgers laser scanned formed concrete wall openings to ensure correct dimensions for custom curved acrylic panels
4D scheduling was used to sequence underground utility work
