Scope
Complete demolition and upfit of the former Kale Lawing office building at 217 South Tryon Street in Center City Charlotte
Highlights
Renovation to three floors with very limited access to the facility by way of the rear loading dock and front door, which empties out into one of Uptown Charlotte’s busiest streets
All new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire protection systems, a new roof system, and two new elevators
