The project scope included a comprehensive renovation and modernization of the entire auditorium that was built in 1927. The 52,000-square-foot, 2,200-seat facility has new seating, better sight lines, new orchestra pit, renovation to back of house areas, new HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, upgraded ADA compliance measures, new elevators and loading dock, improvements to all A/V systems, and minor restorations to the exterior building envelope.
