All sitework includes clearing, roadways, parking, utilities, lakes and landscaping for approximately 22 acres in the mountains of Asheville, North Carolina. Project scope includes a new 6-story, concrete framed independent living apartment building consisting of 136 units and common spaces for dining, wellness, multi-purpose and office use. New construction also includes 60 wood-framed, single family cottages. Comprehensive renovations will be performed for the existing Asbury facility, including new corridor finishes on Levels 1, 2, 5, 6 and 7 and renovation to the main common areas on Levels 1 and 2.
