Comprehensive site work of approximately two acres on the heavily congested operating Sharon Towers campus included road realignment, utility realignment and extensions, heavy excavation, grading, erosion control, site amenities and landscaping. The project consists of a 10-story, steel-frame Independent Living Apartment building. The 49-unit structure includes balconies and spacious floor plans. The 96,660 square-foot tower is contiguous to the existing main community center.
Adjacent to the new Independent Living Tower is a 2-level, post-tension, cast-in-place concrete parking deck. The 162-space, 54,280 square-foot deck has a covered walkway access to the new tower and existing community center building.
