Sitework for the 60-acre community includes clearing, road construction, utilities, lakes and landscaping. Independent living units are made up of 37 two and three-bedroom cottages, 24 two and three-bedroom villas and 24 two and three-bedroom townhomes. A 285,000 square-foot apartment building and Community Center are also included. Attached to the apartment building is a 76,000 square-foot Healthcare Center. The community will also include a nine-hole golf course for the residents' private use. Project cost is approximately $59 million.
