Marking the second new high school that Rodgers has constructed for CMS, the new 258,000-square-foot high school is a 99-room prototype situated on a 60 acre site with 15 rain gardens (bioretention areas). The 2-story high school involves a steel structure with masonry veneer. It will house 16 Science Labs and a comprehensive Sports Complex, that includes new athletic fields, 8 tennis courts and a 16,000 square-foot “Super” Gymnasium that can be divided into three courts. The preconstruction and construction contract follow the CM-at-Risk project delivery.
