Rodgers was selected as the replacement contractor to complete construction of the $26.5 million James H. Barnhardt Student Activity Center, which included the 9,000-seat Dale F. Halton Arena.
The 225,000-square-foot student activity center also includes a food court, banquet rooms, administrative offices, basketball courts, volleyball courts, locker rooms and weight rooms.
Rodgers' contract amount was $12.2 million.
