Duke Residence Hall
Project scope consisted of a 23,000-square-foot, 4-story addition to the Duke Dormitory. The new structure is composed of a masonry veneer and hollowcore floor slabs. There was an additional 14,000 square feet of comprehensive renovations to the existing dormitory, which was originally built in 1939. This project was completed within nine months while paying close attention to the sensitive operating environment of the active college campus.
