The project consists of a new 3-level, 50,000 square foot life sciences building on the campus of Davidson College. The floor plan includes mainly classroom space, research laboratories, office and other support space. The structure is cast-in-place concrete and steel frame, with brick veneer.
Upon completion of the Watson Life Sciences Building, Rodgers was released to renovate the neighboring Dana Science Building which is connected to the New Watson facility. The Dana Science Building renovation was also approximately 50,000 square feet.
