In 1999, Rodgers was selected to perform preconstruction and construction services for the new fellowship, education, kitchen, and sanctuary expansion and renovation. This $10 million expansion includes over 75,000 square feet of new space and over 10,000 square feet
of renovated areas.
In 1993, Rodgers was engaged to construct the education building addition, consisting of a two-story, 18,000 square-foot facility connected to the existing sanctuary. The structure also includes two new floors and a pitched roof above the existing 10,000 squarefoot, two-story education building. The project also included construction of a new entrance to the education building and connector link to the fellowship hall, and renovations to the existing education building and fellowship hall.
