In 2002, Rodgers was awarded a construction management-at-risk contract with the state of North Carolina and UNC Wilmington to provide preconstruction and construction management services for the university's new cultural arts teaching facility. The two-story, steel frame facility is 109,836 square feet and construction costs are approximately $26 million. The construction schedule is approximately 17.5 months.
