The project scope involves the preconstruction and construction of a 30,000 square-foot sports and recreation center for the City of Mauldin. The project delivery method follows the CM-at-Risk approach.
The facility includes a gymnasium, four racquetball courts, a climbing wall, raised track, and additional support space. Construction for the new $5.5 million sports center began during Fall 2005 and was completed in Fall 2006.
