Phase II of the Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden (DSBG) development consists of a new Orchid Conservatory. This is Rodgers' second project for DSBG and it is part of a five-phase, 20-year development plan to develop the regional botanical garden.

The 50-foot glass-enclosed conservatory has 8,000 square feet of display space to exhibit exotic plants, butterflies, and orchid species and hybrids from all over the world. The project was completed in August 2007. Construction costs were approximately $6 million.
