Located in Pineville, North Carolina, the Belk at Carolina Place Mall represents the fourth Belk store project that Rodgers has completed since the mid-1980s. Other Belk store projects include Eastland Mall, Charlotte, North Carolina; Statesville, North Carolina, and Florence, South Carolina store locations. Most recently, Rodgers was awarded the $12 million addition and complete renovation of the Belk store at SouthPark Mall in Charlotte, North Carolina. Construction of the $10.1 million Carolina Place Mall store was completed in 1991. Total project is 325,000 square feet.
