The Gateway Village project is located on 15 acres in the heart of downtown Charlotte. Total project build-out includes 1.1 million square feet of office space, 2,750 parking spaces, and over 500 residential units/street level retail.
Phase I: Building 800 (National Product Development and Technology Center) consists of two 7-story steel frame structures connected by a sky bridge and galleria. Total square footage is 650,000. The building is 1.5x redundant. Parking Deck 700 has seven levels and 2,750 spaces at 850,000 square feet (precast). Building 900 (Class A) is 450,000 square feet within a 8-story steel frame structure. Project costs for the first phase were approximately $140.2 million.
