Latta Pavilion, located on East Boulevard at Kenilworth Avenue, incorporates street-level shops, office space, restaurants, apartments, and condominiums. The development consists of two buildings totaling over 500,000 square feet. The structure is cast-in-place, post-tension concrete. The exterior skin is brick veneer, precast, GFRC and stucco.
The initial component is the 102-unit condominium complex. This includes 88 terraces and townhomes ranging from 614 to 1,461 square feet. The fifth floor of this component includes penthouse units. The second component of the development is a mixed-use building facing East Boulevard with 25,000 square feet of retail space, 25,000 square feet of office space, upper floor terrace apartments and below-ground parking for 500 cars.
Total construction costs are approximately $32 million.
