The project scope includes the construction of a stand-alone, 5-level, steel-frame Information Technology Services (ITS) Facility to serve all the technology infrastructure and application needs for the entire UNC at Chapel Hill campus. The 92,000-square-foot, brick and precast veneer building was completed in November 2006 and has a total project duration of 18 months. The project followed the CM-at-Risk project delivery.
Total construction cost was approximately $21.5 million.
