The project scope includes construction of a three-story, 100,000 square-foot Class A office building located in the fast-growing University Research Park area in northeast Charlotte. The exterior skin blends brick and cast stone materials with interior lobby finishes of marble and mahogany. Conference rooms will feature video-teleconferencing capabilities. Other building features include a fitness center and back-up electric generators. The project site allows for a future Phase II, 100,000 square-foot building. Construction began in December 2000, with a project schedule of ten months.
Total project cost is $6.6 million.
