The project scope involved the preconstruction and construction of a 4-level office building and parking deck on Morehead Street in Charlotte, North Carolina. The steel-frame office building is approximately 39,000 square feet and is constructed on top of a 2-level, cast-in- place parking structure that is partially below grade. The parking structure is approximately 30,000 square feet and includes space for 117 cars. Exterior veneer components consist of brick veneer, architectural precast panels, and curtainwall components.
Total construction duration was 12 months. Total construction costs were approximately $6.2 million.
