Project scope included preconstruction and construction of the new corporate shared services campus for Time Warner Cable in Charlotte, North Carolina. Phase I consisted of a new stand-alone office building and parking deck.

The 4-story office building is 115,000 square feet. This steel-frame structure supports a unique exterior curtain wall envelope of granite, metal panels, and glazing. Phase I scope also included a new employee cafeteria. The total construction duration for the Phase I office building was 11 months.

Phase I parking deck consists of a 4-level, precast concrete structure, which took six months to complete. The 145,000-square-foot deck accommodates 425 cars. Total construction costs for Phase I were approximately $21.6 million.

In 2008 Rodgers began construction of Phase II, which cost approximately $22.7 million. It included the construction of a 105,000-square-foot office building, that is certified LEEDŽ Silver, Commercial Interiors. There is a 109,000-square-foot, multi-level, precast parking deck addition, which can accommodate 320 cars.

The contract construction duration for Phase II was 12 months, with occupancy in June 2009. Actual construction duration was 10 months with occupancy in April 2009.
