The project scope includes the preconstruction and construction of a 3-level, steel frame Medical Office Building for Carolinas Medical Center in Mint Hill, North Carolina. The 60,000 square foot facility incorporates a precast veneer with brick inlay. Approximately 40,000 square feet of the building (levels 1 & 2) were upfitted. The project duration for the sitework, shell building and 40,000 square foot upfit was 10 months.
