The project scope included preconstruction and construction of a three-level, steel-frame medical office building on the campus of CMC-Union. The 60,000-square-foot facility is adjacent and connected to the Diagnostic & Treatment Pavilion, which was also built by Rodgers.
The new medical office building incorporates EIFS (hard coat stucco) and curtainwall veneer materials.
