The project scope included preconstruction and construction of a 3-level, steel-frame medical office building on the campus of Carolinas Medical Center Union. The 60,000 square-foot facility is adjacent and connected to the Diagnostic & Treatment Pavilion, which was also built by Rodgers.
The new medical office building incorporates EIFS (hard coat stucco) and curtainwall veneer materials. The project duration for the sitework, shell building, and core area upfit was 10 months.
