The project scope included a new 7-level, 500,000 square foot pre-cast parking deck on the Presbyterian Hospital campus in Charlotte, North Carolina. The 1,500-space parking deck was designed and constructed to accommodate future vertical expansion. Prior to the construction of the parking deck Rodgers was required to relocate and restore the historic Belk Mansion.
