The expansion and renovation program included a $3.6 million, 18,000-square-foot second-level vertical expansion to the existing single level Surgery Center, a new 135,000-square-foot, 5-level Cardiology Pavilion, a new 10,000-square-foot Emergency Department addition as well as complete renovations to the existing 6,000-square-foot Emergency Department.
The expansion also consists of a 5,000-square-foot addition to the Central Energy Plant building with additions and renovations to the existing surgery department, radiology, medical records, neurology and administrative areas (21,000 square feet). Finally, the project scope included a 574-space, 3-level, 134,000-square-foot Employee Parking Deck and a 492-space, 4-level, 180,000-square-foot Visitor/ Patient Parking Deck.
