The expansion and renovation program included a $3.6 million, 18,000 square foot second-level vertical expansion to the existing single level Surgery Center, a new $23.2 million, 135,000 square-foot, 5-level Cardiology Pavilion, a new $7.3 million, 10,000 square foot Emergency Department addition as well as complete renovations to the existing 6,000 square-foot Emergency Department. The expansion also consists of a $3.5 million, 5,000 square foot addition to the Central Energy Plant building with additions and renovations to the existing surgery department, radiology, medical records, neurology and administrative areas (21,000 square feet). Finally, the project scope included a $4.6 million, 574-space, 3-level, 134,000 square foot Employee Parking Deck and a $7 million, 492-space, 4-level, 180,000 square foot Visitor/ Patient Parking Deck.
